Lend Lease Retail & Communities UK Portfolio Brochure

The challenge

Our challenge was to create a new portfolio brochure which would serve as a sales tool to assist the leasing, new business, development and project teams to secure short, medium and long term partners for their respective schemes.

The proposition of the piece was to communicate that Lend Lease is the UK’s only fully integrated retail, residential and commercial provider and is committed to delivering sustainable property solutions – as such sustainability considerations were paramount to this piece and involved material usage, potential to update or change the order of the brochure and to ensure durability of at least 12 months.

The solution

Working closely with Lend Lease the structure of the brochure was developed into three main sections - Assets, Developments and Crosby Lend Lease Developments.

We created a design that expressed the professionalism of Lend Lease whilst reflecting their brand image of classic contemporary, innovative, aspirational and confident. Hero images of the various schemes were included along with floor plans to enable the sales teams to be more interactive with potential clients.

The outer of the brochure was created in a slim-line folder style, but produced using an FSC certified Curious Particles paper wrap containing 25% recycled post-consumer content; with the inner of the folder produced using an FSC certified paper with 40% recycled beer labels and 5% beer fibre content to give it a quirky but professional look.

Within the slim-line folder was a discreet five-ring mechanism that enabled the sales team to add new developments once on the Lend Lease portfolio, and to move around the existing schemes in the three main sections, depending on the type of client they are were to meet.
